No, you can basically stay with your hosting provider. However, we might recommend switching to a better hosting provider (you can see exactly how reliable your host is in the monthly report). Slow or unreliable hosting annoys visitors and costs places in Google's search results.
Can I cancel my maintenance contract at any time?
Yes, if you are no longer satisfied with your maintenance contract, you can simply send us a message and cancel the maintenance contract at the end of each month. In order to keep the administrative effort as low as possible, we send the invoice annually in advance.
